General Use

By accessing or using Boston Recharge facilities, services, or website, you agree to be bound

by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any service.

Services

Boston Recharge provides wellness, recovery, and related services (including but not limited to

sauna, cold plunge, and membership packages). Services may change, expand, or be

discontinued at our discretion.

Memberships & Sessions

Memberships and session packages are non-transferable. Sessions must be booked in

advance when required. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid

forfeiture of a session. Membership cancellations require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice

before the next billing date.

Health & Safety

All clients must disclose any relevant health conditions before using our services.Participation is

at your own risk. By using our services, you confirm that you are medically fit for

participation.Boston Recharge is not responsible for injuries, health complications, or adverse

reactions that may occur.

Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to deny service or terminate memberships if a client engages in

inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

Liability

Boston Recharge is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Use of the facilities is

at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

Boston Recharge reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most

current version will always be available on our website.
